koi-kung is One type of food that describes the eating culture of the NorthEast. Is to only eat raw loop are delicious. And must be eaten with white wine. And today, to introduce Food or food ingredients that Thailand food is indispensable at all. This is lemon grass.

 Lemon grass : Scientific name Doragag Staph is a biennial plant. Height of about 4-6 feet and long, slender leaves.  Lemon grass is a plant that can be taken cook    and it is herb.

Indications  : It used to treat asthma, upset stomach, diuretic and cholera.  And also used in combination with other herbs, such as periodic maintenance treatment of appetite and sweating.leaves fresh  can reduce blood pressure, high fever. Roots used a febrifuge .

                                                             KOI-KUNG
 Ingredients : shrimp, shallots, spring onions, coriander, kaffir lime leaves , lemon grass,marsh mint, chili powder, roasted rice powder, lime juice, MSG, fish sauce, white wine produced Northeast Factory

Method

         1. Do not forget a drink white wine so bring shrimp fresh  wash in water.

         2. shallots, spring onions, coriander, kaffir lime leaves , lemon grass,marsh mint slice to small pieces.
         3. Put shrimp,shallots, spring onions, coriander, kaffir lime leaves , lemon grass,marsh mint are prepared ready in pot and mix them well.
         4. Put Chili powder, roasted rice powder and mix well
         5. Put MSG, fish sauce ,kaffir lime juice , mix well and taste should be finished before a quarter cup of white wine
         6. Serving  to eat it or use eaten with alcoholic drinks.
